Potential Actualized mediators have an Executive Certification in conflict resolution from Stitt Feld and Handy and the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.  They bring over 30 years of experience working on and with Boards, staff teams and community groups who experience conflict.  They will take the time to understand the issues in a dispute and assist the parties to assess their interests, hopes, strengths and weaknesses and have productive discussions including negotiating a solution that meets the interests of both parties.
